At Fair Repair Appliance Service, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality repair services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before scheduling a repair with us.
- Payment: Payment for all repairs is due in full upon completion of the repair/diagnostic. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Processing fee to be applied to all transactions using credit/debit cards. We do not offer any payment plans or financing options at this time.
- No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any services performed. If we repair your appliance and it works properly after the repair, we consider our job done. However, if you experience any issues with your appliance within 90 days of the repair, please contact us immediately to schedule a follow-up repair. We will make every effort to resolve any issues with your appliance under our warranty.
- Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers any parts and labor associated with the original repair. If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will repair it again at no cost to you. No warranty rovided for parts or jobs with parts provided by the customer or the other sources.
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover any new issues that arise after the original repair, any damage caused by misuse or neglect of the appliance, or any issues caused by external factors such as power outages or natural disasters.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Other: We reserve the right to decline any service request for appliances that have been previously worked on by another technician or the customer has attempted to repair or modify the appliance themselves. Our policy does not allow us to provide services for appliances that are operating properly. This includes non-repair requests such as cleaning, remodeling-related work, or reinstalling appliances.
